Stage 2 Lymphoma Cancer

In this stage the cancer may have spread to the lymph nodes but not to other parts of the body. Cancer may have spread to other lymph node groups on the same side of the diaphragm.

Stage 1 lymphoma Cancer is found in one lymph node a lymphoid organ such as the thymus or one area of a single organ outside of the lymphatic system.

Stage 2 lymphoma cancer. Stage 2 In stage 2 there are two or more lymph node groups with lymphoma. Around 80 out of 100 people around 80 will survive their Hodgkin lymphoma for 5 years or more after diagnosis. The cancer extends locally from one lymph node area into a nearby organ IIE.
